Troubleshooting: You are missing a component

You are missing a floppy drive.

potential cause solution
Your computer does not need a floppy drive because it gets all its input from the keyboard, reads it from the hard disk or receives it from the internet. Do not regard the missing floppy drive as an error.
Your computer has other exchangeable medias as for example a CD ROM drive or a removable hard disk. Use the other exchangeable medium instead of a floppy drive.
You have looked for a separate floppy drive. Use the floppy drive that is integrated in your main unit.
Your computer is not complete. Ask your computer vendor to install a floppy drive into your computer.
