1. Copyright

2. Right to copy

You may completely copy the Advisor for Computer Users and you may copy any single page of the Advisor for Computer Users.

This includes both the right to copy the files and the right to use the print-function of both the browser or the applications and the right to make screen-shots but not the right to produce modified versions.

3. Right to re-publish

4. Right to mirror

You are welcomed to mirror the advisor for computer users provided that you inform Gunnar Schmidt about the mirror.

In order to receive a zip-file that contains all the files that should be included within the mirror you may want to  contact Gunnar Schmidt prior to establishing the mirror.

The mirror may not be loaded within frames and it may also not be published in a way that a third person might think the advisor for computer users were your product.

Mirrors are also bound to the terms mentioned within the section Right to re-publish.

4. Right to cite

You may cite the Advisor for Computer Users as long as you mention the source of the cite, the name of the author and the URL of the cited file (e.g. "from the Advisor for Computer Users by Gunnar Schmi Dt, http://www.schmi-dt.de/advisor/copyright.en.html#cite").

You are not allowed to modify or to omit some text or images within the cite and Gunnar Schmidt has the right to force to delete the cite. If you cannot delete the cite you need the explicit agreement from Gunnar Schmidt prior to publishing the cite.

6. Right to set a link

You are welcomed to set a link to any html-file of Advisor for Computer Users. The link must not load the hypertext files within frames and it must be clear to third persons that the Advisor for Computer Users is not your product.

You are responsible to keep the link alive and Gunnar Schmidt has the right to force to change the destination of the link or the text of the link and the right to force to delete the link.
